In 2008, Dr. Paul S. Bradley and Mindy Bradley gathered a coalition of 60 physicians in Savannah, Georgia in support of an in innovative approach to controlling pharmacy costs for self-funded employers. Scripta’s software was deployed two years later. Today, we analyze every PBM transaction for our clients, monitoring pharmacy benefits spending on an ongoing basis. The result is transparency, cost-control, vigilance, and incredible savings for payers… as well as co-pay savings that mean employees are more likely to follow doctor’s orders.


Eric Levin

Eric Levin is a seasoned executive who has created or managed products that have sold over $5 billion at retail. He has been involved in more than 32 mergers and acquisitions and helped to grow several companies from startup to large-scale global success.

After beginning his career at a market-leading consumer electronics retailer, Mr. Levin got involved in the technology sector in the mid-1990s as part of Kevin O’Leary’s key management team responsible for growing The Learning Company (TLC) from $60 million to nearly $1 billion in sales in just six years. Following Mattel’s acquisition of TLC for nearly $3.6 billion, Eric served as SVP and General Manager for a $500 million division of Mattel Interactive. He later served as Chief Marketing Officer for Frictionless Commerce, an enterprise software company. Thereafter and for 12 years, he was co-founder and CEO of Techno Source.

In addition to his role as Partner and VP of Sales for Scripta, Eric serves on the board of Triple Clear Water Solutions, distributor of patented water purification technologies. He also continues as an advisor to The Perfect Company, a connected kitchen technology company and serves as a board member and advisor at PTC/50 Strong, Inc., a made-in-America plastics manufacturing company.


Andrew Borden

Andrew Borden is Partner and VP of Sales for Scripta. Mr. Borden began his business career in investment banking and institutional equities at Bear Stearns in the 1990’s. Since 2001, he has led sales and business development for Internet and software companies and made critical direct investments in early and growth stage companies in a range of industries (licensing, technology, entertainment and more).

Today Andrew provides his leadership to drive growth for entrepreneurial ventures as an investor and advisor. In addition to Scripta, these ventures include Triple Clear Water Solutions, distributor of patented water purification technologies; Esteem Therapeutics, a wellness technology company; PTC/50 Strong, Inc., a made-in-America plastics manufacturing company; and Our Skinny—The Easiest Diet Ever.  He is an expert at sales and business development.


Mindy Bradley

Mindy Bradley (CPA/CFP/CPC/PMI) has been a practicing accountant and auditor in Savannah, Georgia for over 26 years.

For the past seventeen years she has been the Practice Administrator for BCG Medical Group. From that  point-of-view she  watched as more and more patients quit taking medicines due to cost. In 2008, Mindy founded Scripta in order to address the strain that skyrocketing drug prices have placed on the doctor/patient relationship.

After earning a BSM from Tulane University, Mindy began her career with Touche, Ross, & Co. in Miami. She later served as an auditor for the firm of Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells in Atlanta, Georgia. In 1990, she co-authored “Practice Made Perfect,” which became required reading for medical residents nationwide. Mindy serves CFO for Scripta and is responsible for direction and oversight for the company’s Scripta technology.


Dr. Paul S. Bradley

Paul S. Bradley is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Tulane University and of the Emory School of Medicine. Dr. Bradley has been a preeminent researcher studying obesity for more than 20 years and is a frequent guest lecturer and author of numerous articles, as published in the nation’s premier medical journals. He has been practicing internal medicine at BCG Medical Group in Savannah, Georgia for over 29 years.

Dr. Bradley is the Founder and CEO of Scripta and founder of OurSkinny—The Easiest Diet Ever. He also serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Mercer Medical College in Savannah and as an investigator for Meridian Clinical Research. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the Georgia Medical Society, and is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.


Marjani Smith

Marjani Smith graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism. Marjani directs all marketing communications as well as employee engagement strategy for clients. Her work sees that data becomes action in the form of clear reporting, innovative marketing campaigns that drive awareness, and onsite workshops for leading stakeholders.

A former freelance writer for Teen VogueElle, and O Magazine, she also managed Agent Jackson Media, with clients throughout the recording, television, and advertising industries. For ten years Marjani oversaw brand development for OurSkinny—The Easiest Diet Ever™  She remains on the board of OurSkinny and serves also on the board of The Corner Suite, a new concept health and wellness boutique due to open in Savannah, Georgia in 2018.
